β Best Time for Maternity Shoot: 28-34 weeks of pregnancy.
β Pre-Shoot Preparation: Drink plenty of water, get good sleep, & avoid heavy meals before the shoot.
β Wear comfortable, flowy maternity gowns that highlight the bump.
β Neutral, pastel, and solid colors look the best.
β If wearing fitted gowns, choose ones that stretch & enhance curves.
β Avoid too many accessories; simple jewelry works best.
β Go for soft glam or natural makeup (avoid too much shimmer).
β Keep hair styled but natural β loose curls or soft waves work great.
β Use a light setting spray to keep makeup fresh throughout the shoot.
β Gently cradle the belly with both hands to highlight the baby bump.
β Slight side angles give the most flattering maternity look.
β Look slightly down at your belly & smile for natural shots.
β With your partner, try forehead touch poses or hands on belly.
β Second outfit for variation.

- We do have few specific accessories like Hat in different shades, Flower bonnets, wraps and tiara etc. We are open to consultation regarding dress arrangements. Do consult once again for dresses before shoot plan

No, our maternity gowns are included in our photoshoot packages. However, Additional gowns apart from opted package may have a small additional charge.
Absolutely! We ensure that all gowns are properly cleaned and sanitized after every use for hygiene and comfort. But Important note here - As these Gowns are in use for sessions, very light stains or marks can be spotted on 1 or 2 gowns which remains after long usage. Customer must not expect a Fresh Gown piece for the session. We try to keep the Gowns in the best way possible. But if a Customer feels uncomfortable with this. She must visit the studio to see the gown in person or should be ready to use her own outfit for the session.
No, we don't offer gown on rentals.
The number of gowns depends on your chosen package.Β
- Our maternity shoots typically last 1.5 to 3 hours, depending on the package and number of themes/outfits selected.
- Customerβs must arrive at the studio location as per the allotted time slot. A late start will result in a shorter session, & neither of us wants the same
- Refunds or Reshoot will not be done for cut short session or missed session due to late arrival.
Slot Reschedule Policy ( Before Session )Β
- Please note, a Date-slot once allotted can be rescheduled once (incase of Emergency) withoutΒ any charges.Β If client wishes to reschedule the slot more than onetime β Lifafaz Kids photography have the right to ask for a Reschedule fees equal to the advance amount of the session.
Review Process During Photo Session
- Β The review process is an important part of the shoot and we encourage you to review the images
any number of times you want during the session. Clients can freely keep a check on Images with
Our photographer with every 15-30 shots.Β
Note Important β If a Client donβt review the images while you are at
the studio, we will assume you are satisfied with the images.
A session once completed along with the Clients On-the-spot review process, canβt be Rescheduled just for the lack of Smile or Expressions as necessary time and efforts for session will be completed by then.
βΉ Payment Terms π°
- Accepted: GPay, PhonePe, UPI, Cash, Bank Transfer
- Not Accepted: Debit/Credit Cards
- Full payment in advance required for Add-On products (Additional Edits, Album Making, etc.).
- Check Album & Editing quality before making payment.
- No Add-On Deliverables (Soft or Hard copies) will be processed without 100% payment.
Booking & Advance Payment Policy:
- βΉ3000 Advance for Mini & Pro packages.
- βΉ5000 Advance for Elite package.
- Advance Payment is Non-Refundable.
- Rescheduling allowed only for medical emergencies (No cancellations).
- Full Advance Payment required for slot confirmation (No partial payments).
- First Come, First Serve Basis.
- Remaining amount must be paid immediately after the session.
- Raw files will be shared only after full payment.
- No raw images for selection unless 100% payment is received.
- Prices are non-negotiable & subject to change.
- Advance Payment is non-refundable. Rescheduling allowed only for medical emergencies (No cancellations).
- Elaborate theme decorations (balloons, fresh flowers, cakes) to be arranged & paid by the client.
- You can adjust the advance payment towards a newborn session with us.
- If the delivery happens at least 3 days before the session date and you choose not to book a newborn session, we will refund the advance amount.
β³Processing Timeline & Deliverables
- All Raw Images will be shared within 24 hrs time from the session time Β via a cloud service like Smash or WeTransfer link on WhatsApp
- The download link will be active for 5 days. Please download & keep a backup within this period.
- If the files are not downloaded in time, we will re-send the link once for free.
- Re-sending the link 3 or more times will incur a charge of βΉ500 per request.
- We store your data for 60 days from the date of the shoot. After this period, backup availability is not guaranteed.
- Your order will only be completed if you submit your image selection for editing and printing on time.
- If you fail to submit your requirements within 60 days, your package will be closed, and:
- No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided
- No reshoots will be offered.
- Please ensure timely submission to avoid any inconvenience.
- Shortlisted images will be edited & delivered within 20 days from the date of selection submission.
- Instagram Reels & Cinematic Videos will be delivered within 20 days from the date you share your song link.
- Albums, Frames & Physical Products require up to 20 days from the date of design confirmation.
- If you need urgent deliverables, please discuss this at the time of booking (before making the advance payment).
- Album Pickup & Delivery Options:
- Free pickup from our studio.
- Home delivery (Delhi NCR) available for an additional βΉ350
π¨Image Retouching & Editing Policy
- If you prefer a specific editing style, please provide reference images from our website or Instagram at the time of shortlisting.
- Any special editing requests must be communicated in advance.
What We Offer:
- Basic Skin Retouching
- Composition Correction
- Adding Bokeh, Glitters, Bubbles, or Lighting Elements (if required or requested)
What We Do Not Offer:
- Image Manipulations or Background Replacement
- Altering Physical Appearance (e.g., body reshaping, facial modifications)
- Digital Makeup, Hair Fixing, Hair Color Change, or Body Hair Removal

Additional Editing Guidelines:
- Black & White conversions are done only on request. Please inform us while submitting your shortlist.
- Effects cannot be added after the images are edited.
- Only edited images will be used in the Image Show Reel & Album.
- If you prefer us to select the best images, please note that "best" is subjective. We highly recommend clients select their own images to ensure personal satisfaction.

Camera RAW Images:
- RAW files are provided only for advertising or commercial photoshoots.
- If you require Camera RAW images, they must be purchased separately.

- We use a cloud-based service to share your images. Please download and save them within 5 days of receiving the link.
- We strongly recommend keeping a backup on a hard disk, pen drive, laptop, or PC.
- We do not provide images on pen drives. However, if you wish to get your images on a pen drive:
- You can arrange a fresh new pen drive to be delivered to our studio via Blinkit or any fast delivery service.
- We will copy your data onto the pen drive, and you can arrange pickup at your convenience.
- Clients must pick up albums from our studio.
- We will notify you once your product is ready for pickup.
- If you prefer courier delivery, you must arrange the courier service yourself.
- Important: We are not responsible for any loss or damage if the courier is arranged by you.
